Basic knowledge of posting to social media channels and updating websites is required.

You need to have access to a:

• Facebook business page
• Instagram creator or business account
• Twitter Account
• Access to edit your website

To access the training you need a computer or mobile device that is connected to the internet.

This course shows you how to measure organic (free) content on social media channels and websites. It is not for Facebook Ads, Google Ads or other paid digital advertising platforms. It does not include email marketing platforms.

The course is made up of 6 bite-sized video modules, taking around 2 hours to watch. The shortest module is 5 minutes and the longest one is 26 minutes. 

Extra time will be required to build your own digital marketing reports, as shown on the course.

You can watch the videos in your own time and re-watch as many times as you like.
